I have decided to throw off the occasional twinges of embarrassment and embrace him and all his weirdness. He is nothing if not delightfully quirky.
When he wants something, he comes to me and says, "Mom, can I have a snack? DING!" And he flashes his most winning smile and bats his sparkly gray eyes.
He is the personification of an Orbit gum commercial.
(Yes, he actually says, "DING!")
And what mom wouldn't do anything for the "DING!"
Today he actually said (and this is verbatim folks), "I always do angel faces so you can say yes."
Yes. You can play the Wii. YES. You can play in the mud. YES! I'll buy you that $50 Transformer. YES! You can have the keys to my car!
I'm in trouble when this kid is a teenager.
*DING!*

Eventually he'll have to learn to be SUBTLE about it! :-) Funny!
Tee hee hee. Where did you get that awesome twinkle to add to his picture? That's hilarious.
