Oh my! Jameson is Two!
What in the world is my little baby doing looking like such a big boy?!?
Jameson is a ball of fire! He loves to do everything the big kids are doing - especially Dallin. He copies them and repeats everything they say. We recently took his binkey away, except at bedtime, so he is talking more (at least more coherently) now without the plug in his mouth. Brett and the kids love to have him repeat things, and they seem to think Jameson is bilingual. "Jamo, say taco!" "Jamo, say burrito!" "Jamo, say abre!"
Jameson loves being outside more than anything in the world. He has LOVED our new house with the finished, fenced backyard featuring a swingset and sandbox. Jamo has always loved being outside, ever since he was days old and colicky and I'd take him out to calm him down - and it always would. Now he'd spend every waking moment out there if he could.
Jameson is fully aware of the power of his vocal chords. As mentioned in previous posts, he has perfected the banshee scream and can manipulate any situation to get what he wants by employing that power. He is very headstrong, but he is also very loving. He practically worships his Dad and just loves to do things with him. It is very endearing.
I'm excited (and slightly terrified) to see what this next year will bring with this little guy!

Haooy Birthday to Jamo! And I'm very impressed that the binkie days are done (don't feel bad about holding onto those binkie nights, though!). Tysen has recently discovered the magic of the binkie. He refused one... until I started cutting back on breastfeeding. Now that he doesn't have me to suck on for hours a day (literally!!!) he is ok with the binkie. It's great, especially when it puts him to sleep at night.
I love the pictures! What a cute 2 year old, wait, what? Did you say 2? Holy Smokes! Time needs to slow down a little!
